Golden Snitches are collectable items. There are 76 snitches for you to collect, which are scattered around the world. See the Treasure Hunts section for the list of their locations. Golden Snitches can be found in mid air around the world, not in chests. They can even be hidden behind doors or obstacles that need specific spells. Some may be hidden in shops in Diagon Alley, or even in the houses at Hogsmeade, so you must search carefully and check rooms to make sure that you have not missed any.
