A Slytherin student, Blaise Zabini, has ordered an item from Borgin and Burkes, and you have offered to deliver the package. Track down the student and hand over the package. You should probably start in the Slytherin common room.
Hand of Glory is a side-quest given by Caractacus Burke of Borgin & Burkes. The task involves tracking down Blaise Zabini, who apparently can't stay in one place.
Sometimes, NPCs required for this quest will not spawn properly. If this happens, simply leaves the area and come back, and they should respawn.

- Pick up the Hand of Glory
- Look for Blaise Zabini in the Slytherin Common room
- Look for Blaise Zabini in the Astronomy Tower
- Look for Blaise Zabini in the study hall
- Deliver the package to Blaise Zabini

And I must say ... some of the deaths did happen under suspicious circumstances.

How to Complete the Task[]
Errors notwithstanding, this is a simple quest that just goes on longer than expected, as you keep running into people other than Blaise. Follow the compass to the NPCs in the Slytherin Common Room, then up the Astronomy Tower (you can fly up with a broom if you prefer), then finally to the study hall, where you can wrap up the quest.
