The Ministry of Magic is conducting more raids on private houses, confiscating illegal magical artifacts in an attempt to protect muggles. The Malfoy family are trying to uphold an image of decency and you've offered to help them rid themselves of any items.
Illegal Items is a quest given by Draco Malfoy to search Malfoy Manor for various contraband. While Draco can be found in several locations, he will only give the quest at the end of a wooden bridge near the Defense Against The Dark Arts Classroom (x=677, y=64, z=223). The task involves retrieving the items and then selling them to Caractacus Burke in Knockturn Alley.

Of course the blood traitor, Weasley, is involved.

Father even says there's been rumours of a new Muggle Protection Act.
Pure wizard blood is counting for less everywhere, I'm afraid.
Not with us.
But even so, there are a few items at home that might prove... embarrassing, were the Ministry to visit.
Certain artifacts, poisons and the like.
We can travel to the Malfoy Manor, collect the items and sell them to old Caractacus Burke in Knockturn Alley.
He would no doubt be interested in such items.

Draco: You have all the things? Good.
It's a shame that the Ministry of Magic isn't more open-minded about these things.
Bring the items you collected to Knockturn Alley and speak to Caractacus Burke, I'm sure he'll be interested in buying these things.

Caractacus Burke: Hmrmh... These are indeed interesting items.

How to complete the quest[]
The items can be found in the following locations.
Death Eater Mask: On the ground floor, in the dining room on the right side of the mansion. From the main entrance area, turn right and enter the big doorway. The mask can be found on a table near a pair of birdcages (x:5045, y:63, z:7092).
From the Death Eater Mask, go down the stairs right in front of you and into the basement. When you get down the stairs, go into the door on the right and down the stairs to get into the basement. Be careful, the room is full of rats, and it would be dangerous to face them without magic. The Skull will be next to a candle. (x:5094, y:40, z:7072).
To find the Cursed Hand, go back up the narrow stairs and go into the doorway directly across from the main stairs to the left of you that you originally came down. Continue into the brown room and the Hand should be on top of the table in the middle of the room (x:5054, y:53, z:7056).
To find the illegal poison, go back to the main entrance area on ground level, and head to the left side of the manor. You should be in a brown room with a chess board on a table in the middle of the room. Walk through the doorway to the left of the stairs, and the poison should be in the far corner of the room, next to the corner windows (x:5048, y:63, z:7028).
(If you have Vera Verto, go back to the chess board and go into the doorway directly to your left next to a furnace and transfigure the plant to your right into a spring to get a Golden Snitch)
To find the Cryptic Scroll from here, go back to the chess board and climb two flights of stairs to the next level up (right or left for the second flight of stairs doesn't matter). Walk to the other side of the second level and climb another set of stairs to the third level. When you get to the top, walk down the corridor to your left. The scroll should be found on a dresser to the right side of the hall with some books and a candle (x:5054, y:79, z:7038). If you climb the narrow set of stairs at the end of the hall, you will find a Large Chest with a Wizard Card
