The time has come to purchase your wand: a magical instrument through which a witch or wizard can channel their magical powers. With your wand, you'll be able to cast a wide array of spells - after you've learned them at Hogwarts of course. Wands can be purchased at Ollivander's. Purchase a Wand is the 4th quest in the main storyline. You are finally getting your wand! This will unlock your wand in your hotbar, but you won't be able to use it until you have learned some spells. You can wave your wand by double clicking right click on your mouse.

Player: I am here to purchase a wand.
Garrick Ollivander: You need a wand? Well of course! We might have to try a few before we find one for you. You see those of us who studied wandlore know that the wand chooses the wizard. It's just not always clear as to why. You see. The best results always come when there is the strongest affinity between the wizard and the wand.
Garrick Ollivander: I've put aside a few wands I think might be suitable here in the shop. Can you find those for me? You need to look for 3 green wand boxes.
Player: I'll do that now, thanks

Garrick Ollivander: Wonderful. You see - every Ollivander wand has a core of a powerful magical substance. We use unicorn hairs, phoenix tail feathers, and the heartstrings of dragons. No two Ollivander wands are the same, just as no two unicorns, dragons, or phoenixes are quite the same. And of course, you will never get such good results with another wizard's wand.
Garrick Ollivander: Well here we are. Try this perhaps? A wand of birch. Fifteen inches flexible and swishy with unicorn hair core. No ... I reckon not. Well perhaps this? A wand of ivy. Thirteen inches, flexible with dragon heartstring. No no, definitely not. No matter.
Garrick Ollivander: Hm. I wonder ... Yes of course.
Garrick Ollivander: A wand of rowan, soft and pliable with a phoenix tail feather core. Ah! A perfect fit. Go on give it a wave.
How to complete the quest[]
Exit Gringotts Wizarding Bank and look to your left where you should find Ollivander's Wand Shop, a tall black building with circular windows. Enter Ollivander's and speak to Garrick Ollivander, the owner of the shop. He will ask you to collest 3 green wand boxes. You can clooect the wands by pressing F while looking at them. One should be just to the right of you. If you go upstairs, another should be in the corner above the front door. The final wand is in the corner of another room, still on the second floor. After you collect all 3 green wand boxes, return to Ollivander and press F. He will give you your wand.
