In this class you will be taught to transfigurate objects with the spell "Vera Verto". This spell will allow you to change the shape and properties of certain objects so they better accomodate your requirements.
Vera Verto is the 20th quest in the main storyline. During this level you will have to solve puzzles, transform plants and fight animated armors.

McGonagall:
Could I have your attention, please?
Now today we will be learning the spell Vera Verto.
This spell will let you change rhe shape and properties of your surroundings,
and will let you transform certain objects and enemies.

When you see blue particles around an object, you will be able to transform it.

Well now, You will need to use Vera Verto to progress here. see if you might figure out a way to assemble a staircase by changing the properties of the objects around you.
To cast the spell, you must select it from your spell menu by pressing Q and cast it by double clicking [Left mouse butten] while looking at the object you wish to transform.
Remember what I told you; look for blue flares when figuring out what objects you may transfigure.

These enchanted suits of armour are quite too though to be beaten using only the spells professor lupin has taught you. I'm afraid you will need to be smart about this. use Stupefy or Bombarda Maxima to stun the enemies and transfigure them to a harmless shape while they are startled.

Excellent work! 20 points to [Gryffindor/Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff/Slytherin].
You have now unlocked the Vera Verto charm, and you'll be able to transfigure certain objects. Your next class is Defence Against the Dark Arts with Professor Lupin.
How to complete the quest[]
During first puzzle, you need to make a staircase for you to jump on using movable blocks. Use Vera Verto to move the blocks around. For detailed step-by-step solution see video guide below.
In order to progress further, you will need to transform a plant into a trampoline using Vera Verto spell. Use it to jump over to the next area. Speak to McGonagall for a hint. Go into the maze, fight animated armors until they get exhausted and then use vera Verto to transform them into harmless ducks. Defeating the ducks will grant you four keys needed to progress further. Use earmuffs to pass around the Mandrake.
First area will force you to transform another three plants into trampolines, using them to switch two levers and pull a chain. That unlocks the second area.
In area number two, simply use rotating pillar to raise blocks and make the main movable structure stop at desired position. Once again you have to pull three levers. That will open a gate, letting you pull a chain, which unlocks the final area.
Now you have to fight an animated armor, get a key and pull a lever. That will allow you to move the movable structure from the top of a trapdoor. Use it to go underground, pull another lever and a chain and pull the movable structure closer to the wooden stairs. Go up the stairs, transform a plant and jump up to the balcony. Here you can talk to McGonagall.
